Len Potter founded Wildcat in 2011 and is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Len previously was a Managing Director and co-head of the private equity group at Soros Fund Management. 

Prior to Soros, Len served as a Partner and Managing Director of Alpine Consolidated LLC and Capstone Partners LLC, each a private merchant bank, and as an attorney specializing in mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP. 

Len also co-founded and serves as a Senior Managing Director of Vida Ventures, a next-generation life sciences investment fund. Len serves on several boards of public and private companies, including Hilton Grand Vacations (Chairman of the Board), SLR Investment Corp, and SuRo Capital Corporation. 

He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Slapshot (the owner of the Seattle Kraken NHL franchise), a member of the Board of the Climate Pledge Arena and an Alternate Governor on the NHL Board of Governors. Len and his wife, Shari, co-founded and serve on the Board of Directors of the Basser Center at the University of Pennsylvania, a translational research and treatment center focused on BRCA related cancers. 

Len grew up in Rockville Centre, NY and graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in American Studies. He also received a JD from the Fordham University School of Law.

Drew Tarlow joined Wildcat in 2013 and is a Managing Director and the Head of Private Investments. 

Drew previously worked at Pegasus Capital Advisors, a middle-market private equity fund, Wood Creek Capital Management, a special situations fund, and Medley Global Advisors, a macro policy advisory firm. 

Drew currently sits on the boards of Express Wash Concepts, Club Car Wash, Rapid Express Car Wash, Glia Technologies, Groff Tractor & Equipment, Wink Technology, Hubble Contacts, and previously served on the board or as a board observer at Skillz, US Mobile, and Eloquii.  

Drew grew up in New York, NY and graduated summa cum laude from Amherst College with a BA in Political Science and French.

George Stone joined Wildcat in 2018 and is a Managing Director and the Head of Real Estate Investments.

George has a career in real estate spanning over 40 years and has been involved with the investment in, development and/or operation/management of over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate, close to 5,000 multi-family units as well as multiple assets in hospitality, industrial, land development, single family and retail.

George previously was the Co-founder and CEO at Kalyx Development, the first private cannabis REIT, and has worked at or owned a variety of real estate focused companies, including SKL Partners, Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty and as a founding member of the Witkoff Group. 

George grew up in Scarsdale, NY and graduated from the University of Michigan with Honors with a BA in Film & Theatre Management. He also received an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he was also an adjunct professor of Real Estate Finance.

Brian Rosenblatt joined Wildcat in 2018 and is a Managing Director and the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer.

Brian previously was General Counsel at Sculptor Capital Management (formerly known as Och-Ziff), a global alternative asset manager. Prior to Sculptor, Brian worked as an attorney focused on mergers and acquisition and private equity at Vinson & Elkins LLP, an international law firm, where he represented private equity funds, hedge funds, family offices, and other public and private companies.

Brian grew up in Los Angeles, CA and graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Political Science. He also received a JD/MBA from Tulane University Law School & Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Sherri Conn is the Chief Financial Officer of Wildcat Partner Holdings, LP. Sherri has also been a Vice President of Tarrant Management since 2008.

Sherri previously held various management positions at TPG Capital and worked at Ernst & Young in the audit group. 

Sherri grew up in Fort Worth, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeff Messer joined Wildcat in 2016 and is a Principal on the Private Investments Team. 

Jeff previously worked at Vestar Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm specializing in management buyouts and growth capital investments, and Morgan Stanley in the Global Power & Utility Group. 

Jeff currently sits on the boards of Groff Tractor & Equipment, Express Wash Concepts, Wink Technology, Spring Fertility (board observer), and previously served as a board observer at Exile Content.

Jeff grew up in Syosset, NY and graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Economics.

Alan Xie joined Wildcat in 2016 and is a Principal on the Private Investments Team. 

Alan previously worked at Ares Management where he focused on private equity transactions and structured equity investments. 

Alan currently sits on the boards of Express Wash Concepts, Club Car Wash, and Rapid Express Car Wash.

Alan grew up in Leavenworth, KS and Troy, MI and graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a BBA.

Ross Barlow joined Wildcat in 2022 and is a Vice President on the Private Investments Team. 

Ross previously worked at CI Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on buy-and-build investing across sectors, and Jefferies in the Technology Investment Banking Group. 

Ross currently sits on the board of Wink Technology.

Ross grew up in Boston, MA and graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a BBA.

Kara Adams joined Wildcat in 2021 and is a Vice President on the Private Investments Team. 

Prior to joining Wildcat in 2021, Kara worked at Morgan Stanley in the Industrials Investment Banking Group. 

Kara currently sits on the board of Groff Tractor & Equipment.

Kara grew up in Dallas, TX and graduated from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business with a BBA.

Graham Schild joined Wildcat in 2023 and is an Associate on the Private Investments Team.  

Graham previously worked at Jefferies in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking Group where he focused primarily on Technology Enabled Services, Consumer Products and Healthcare Services transactions. 

Graham grew up in Pittsford, NY and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics.

Ethan Russo joined Wildcat in 2023 and is an Associate on the Private Investments Team. 

Ethan previously worked at Moelis in the Investment Banking division where he focused primarily on Media & Entertainment, Real Estate and Restructuring transactions. 

Ethan grew up in Pacific Palisades, CA and graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a BBA.

Connor Fox joined Wildcat in 2024 and is an Associate on the Private Investments Team.

Connor previously worked at Copley Equity Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm focused on growth and structured equity investments across sectors. 

Connor grew up in Boulder, CO and graduated from Brown University with a BA in Political Science.

Debra Bergin joined Wildcat in 2011 and is currently the Director of Office Administration and Assistant to the President/CIO. 

Debra previously worked at Neuberger Berman as an assistant to the Managing Director/COO. 

Debra grew up in Brooklyn, NY.

Magdalena O’Brien joined Wildcat in 2018 and is currently an Executive Assistant on the Private Investments Team. 

Magdalena previously worked at Quentec Asset Management as an Operations Associate / Executive Assistant. 

Magdalena grew up in Maspeth, NY and graduated from Brooklyn College with a BBA, Concentration in Finance and Investments.

Marie Maser joined Wildcat in 2019 and is currently an Executive Assistant on the Public Investments and Real Estate Teams. 

Marie previously worked at Pegasus Capital Advisors as an Executive Assistant. 

Marie grew up in Philadelphia, PA and graduated from the Fox School of Business at Temple University with a BA in Business Management and Legal Studies.
